The front right is on the rim and the hazards are on. Searching flat tire NYC from a Queens Boulevard curb, a Gowanus shoulder, or a Midtown garage is the right move. If you have a usable spare, this is often a change at the car. If you do not, it is a tow.

A spare is a curb change. No spare is a hook.

A flat in New York City is a shredded tire, a slow leak, or a run-flat that already hit its limit. The operator we match changes to your spare when that spare is present, inflated, and the right size. They do not sell you a new tire on this line. They do not promise a patch that holds through the BQE.

Quick Tow NYC is a referral service. We match drivers with independent local operators. We do not own trucks. We do not perform the work. We do not run a tire shop. We do not stock an inventory of sizes. The quote is stated before dispatch. We publish no brand price.

Say whether there is a spare. In the trunk, under the cargo floor, or mounted on the hatch. A donut is still a spare. A can of sealant is not a spare. Run-flats still fail. If the sidewall is cut, say so.

If there is no spare, or the spare is also flat, the job is a tow to a shop you name. That is emergency towing, not another five minutes with a jack. Ask for the tow price before anyone hooks the car.

Club membership is a separate product. We do not speak for AAA. You do not need a club card to call our line. The no-membership map is roadside help without AAA. This page is the tire.

Curb, garage, parkway: three different jack jobs

Queens Boulevard, Northern Boulevard, and Atlantic Avenue are live curbs. Do not stand in the bus lane. Do not jack the car in a travel lane. If you cannot get out of traffic, call 911 first. Then call us.

Commercial vehicles, trucks, and tow trucks are banned on NYC parkways, including the Belt, the FDR, the Henry Hudson, the Cross Island, the Jackie Robinson, and the Grand Central. A truck on those roads is itself a violation. The FDR Drive carries a published 8,000-pound limit north of 23rd Street. A flat on the Belt still needs a legal street to stage from. Say the road.

A Midtown or Court Square garage is height and aisle. Give the garage name, the level, the space, and the posted height. A jack and a spare walk down a ramp. A wrecker often does not. If the operator cannot reach the aisle, they need to know before they roll.

AWD and many EVs change the next step if the car has to be towed. Do not assume a wheel-lift is fine on three good tires and one rim. See flatbed or wheel-lift and Tesla and EV towing. The owner’s manual still wins.

Coverage is the five boroughs. A Queens curb, a Brooklyn block, a Bronx side street, a Manhattan ramp, a Staten Island driveway: those are in. Nassau, Westchester, and New Jersey are out except as a long-distance destination.

Alternate-side rules still run while you wait. New York wrote about 1.9 million ASP tickets in 11 months of FY2023, at a $65 fine, and cars do get towed when they block cleaning or emergency access. Sitting on a hydrant with the hazards on is how a flat becomes a pound job. If the space is empty when you get back, use NYC 311 and the lookup.

What to say so dispatch brings a jack, not only a hook

Have this ready.

Make, model, year, and which corner is down. Front right. Rear left. Two flats.

Whether there is a spare, a donut, a run-flat, or nothing.

Exact spot. Cross streets, garage name and level, or highway, direction, and closest exit. Hydrant, bus stop, bike lane, or legal space.

Whether the car will roll on the remaining tires. A locked parking brake or a bent rim is a tow.

Whether you already tried a sealant can. That changes what a shop will do later. It does not change our brand price, because we do not print one.

The line is answered around the clock. Calls are recorded after a notice. If the job changes on scene from a change to a tow, that is a new quote.

If the keys are locked in, stop. That is a lockout. If the battery is dead and the tires are fine, that is a jump. If you are out of gas, that is fuel delivery. Name the failure.

When the spare is on and the job is not finished

A donut is a short hop to a tire shop, not a day on the Cross Bronx. We do not publish a speed rating or a mile limit for your spare. Read the sticker on the donut. Drive to a shop. Do not take the parkway because it looks faster.

The operator does not owe you a new tire. Replacement is a shop or a parts counter. If they look at the rim and say it is bent, listen. That is a tow, quoted before the hook.

We are not a DCWP-licensed towing operator. The independents we connect you with do the work. Searching 24 hour tire service near me should not dump you into a national chain template with a fake price. Our own service cost is never a number on this site.

When to call us

A flat on a city curb stops being a DIY job when you have no jack, no spare, no safe place to stand, or a garage the wrecker cannot enter. Call us at (929) 356-7857. The line is answered around the clock, calls are recorded after a notice, and an independent local operator gets the job once the quote is stated.
